Classy Touch

Classy Touch, a Kentucky-bred Thoroughbred mare, was foaled on February 4, 2008 at Juddmonte Farms, Inc. in Kentucky. She boasts an impressive lineage, being sired by Maria’s Mon and out of Flute, who herself is a descendant of Seattle Slew a champion American Thoroughbred racehorse who became the tenth winner of the American Triple Crown (1977). He is one of only two horses to have won the Triple Crown while being undefeated in any previous race; the second was Justify who won the Triple Crown in 2018 and is descended from Seattle Slew.
Throughout her career, Classy Touch participated in eight races, achieving two first-place finishes, along with one third-place finish. Her total earnings amounted to $53,224. Some of her notable race appearances include a victory in an allowance race at Arlington and successful outings in maiden special weight races at Fair Grounds. Leading Classy’s progeny includes Fentynola (KY) and Tuff Mandate (OK).
Classy Touch’s career was cut short by injury, but still highlighted by key performances. Her pedigree, being by Maria’s Mon, strengthens the bloodlines for stamina and classic potential. She is the product of Flute, a Grade 1 winning filly with an outstanding pedigree. Classy Touch herself was sold for over $300,000 at auction and is out of Flute, a celebrated winner of the Kentucky Oaks, and sired by the legendary Triple Crown winner Seattle Slew.
